Terms of service

These terms cover your DesignMixy subscription, a design service run by WeLoveIt Studio in Sri Lanka. By signing up you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email hello@weloveitstudio.com before you subscribe.

Your plan

  • Each plan sets how many requests you can have open at once: Basic Mix 1, Growth Mix 2, Scale Mix 4. A request is open from when you send it until it’s delivered. When one is delivered, you can send the next. There’s no monthly cap on the number of requests.
  • Each plan includes a number of people on your account: Basic Mix 1, Growth Mix 2, Scale Mix 3. You can add more people at LKR 5,000 each a month.
  • The AI brief writer comes with Growth Mix and Scale Mix.
  • Turnaround times we give are estimates, not guarantees. Bigger jobs (logos, decks, packaging) take longer than social posts and ads.

Paying

  • Plans are paid in advance, monthly, quarterly or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page in Sri Lankan rupees.
  • You can pay by card through our payment partner payments.lk, which then renews automatically each period, or by bank transfer against our invoice.
  • Your account opens for requests once your first payment clears.
  • If a renewal isn’t paid, new requests pause until it is. Work already in progress carries on.

Changing or cancelling

  • Upgrades start straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
  • Downgrades start at your next renewal. Until then you keep your current plan.
  • Cancel any time. There’s no lock-in. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and quarterly and yearly plans run to the end of their paid period.
  • Subscriptions can’t be paused.

Your designs

  • Once a design is delivered and your plan is paid up, you own the final files we make for you and can use them however you like.
  • You confirm that anything you send us (logos, photos, text, fonts) is yours to use, or that you have permission.
  • Stock images, fonts or other paid assets a design needs may need their own licence. We’ll tell you when that’s the case.
  • We only show your work in our portfolio with your permission.

Fair use

Your plan is for your own business (or, on an agency account, your clients). Please don’t share one account across separate businesses or resell the service. We may pause an account that’s being misused, and we’ll tell you why first.

Our responsibility

We take care with every design and revise until you’re happy within the scope of your request. Please check designs before you print or publish them; we can’t be responsible for printing costs or losses from errors you approved. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes to these terms

We’ll email account holders at least 14 days before any change that affects them. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
